Royal Decree No. 8/92 Promulgating the Law of Muscat Municipality,
Royal Decree No. 9/97 Promulgating the Law Regulating the Sohar Development Office,
the Law on Plant Quarantine promulgated by Royal Decree No. 91/2000,
the Law Regulating Regional Municipalities promulgated by Royal Decree No. 96/2000,
the Law on Consumer Protection promulgated by Royal Decree No. 81/2002,
And the Law on Veterinary Quarantine promulgated by Royal Decree No. 45/2004,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
