We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
Omani Penal Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 7/74,
Law on Pensions and Post-Service Gratuities for Omani Employees of the Diwan of Royal Court promulgated by Royal Decree No. 86/96,
And the Law on State Financial Audit promulgated by Royal Decree No. 55/2000,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
