Royal Decree No. 64/2012 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Convention on Wetlands of International Importance Especially as Waterfowl Habitat

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
And the Law Organizing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs promulgated by Royal Decree No. 32/2008,
And the Convention on Wetlands of International Importance Especially as Waterfowl Habitat signed in Ramsar on 2 February 1971, as amended by the Paris Protocol of 3 December 1982 and the Regina Amendments of 28 May 1987,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
