We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
And the Law Organizing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs promulgated by Royal Decree No. 32/2008,
And the Joint Convention on the Safety of Spent Fuel Management and on the Safety of Radioactive Waste Management,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
