Royal Decree No. 47/2013 Amending Certain Provisions of the Law Regulating and Privatizing the Electricity and Related Water Sector

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,

After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,

the Law Regulating and Privatizing the Electricity and Related Water Sector promulgated by Royal Decree No. 78/2004,

Royal Decree No. 92/2007 establishing a Public Authority for Electricity and Water and appointing its Chairman,

the Regulation of the Public Authority for Electricity and Water promulgated by Royal Decree No. 58/2009,

And Royal Decree No. 32/2012 assigning certain competencies,

And in pursuance of the public interest,

Have decreed as follows
