We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
And the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on the Mutual Exemption from Visa Requirements for Holders of Official Biometric Passports in Accordance with the International Standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization, signed in Muscat on 8 March 2016,
And in pursuance of public interest,
We hereby Decreed the following
