We, Qaboos bin Said,

After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
and the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in its thirty-second session held in Riyadh during the period from 19–20 December 2011 approving the Veterinary Products Law,
and after presentation to the Council of Oman,
and in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
