We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
the Commercial Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 55/90,
the Capital Market Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 80/98,
the Banking Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 114/2000,
the Electronic Transactions Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 69/2008,
the Law on Combating Information Technology Crimes promulgated by Royal Decree No. 12/2011,
and the Law on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing promulgated by Royal Decree No. 30/2016,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
