 Royal Decree No. 15/81 concerning the Territorial Sea, Continental Shelf, and Exclusive Economic Zone,

the Law Regulating the Accounting and Auditing Profession promulgated by Royal Decree No. 77/86,

 the Financial Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/98,

And the Law on the Protection of Water Resources promulgated by Royal Decree No. 29/2000,

the Law on Environmental Protection and Pollution Control promulgated by Royal Decree No. 114/2001,

the Law on Nature Reserves and Conservation of Wildlife promulgated by Royal Decree No. 6/2003,

 the Mining Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 27/2003,

the Labor Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 35/2003,

Royal Decree No. 79/2013 promulgating the System of the Special Economic Zone at Duqm,

And  After presentation to Majlis Oman,

And in pursuance of the public interest,

Have decreed as follows:
