the Law Regulating Maritime Navigation in the Territorial Waters promulgated by Royal Decree No. 98/81,
the Law on the Protection of the Environment and Prevention of Pollution promulgated by Royal Decree No. 114/2001,
the Law on Nature Reserves and Wildlife Conservation promulgated by Royal Decree No. 6/2003,
after presentation before the Council of Oman,
