Royal Decree 28/2019 Ratifying the Paris Agreement

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
Royal Decree No. 119/94 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to Certain International Conventions,
And the Paris Agreement adopted in Paris on 12 December 2015, which the Sultanate signed on 22 April 2016,
And after presentation to the Shura Council,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows
