After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
Royal Decree No. 39/96 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Finance and Approving Its Organizational Structure,
Royal Decree No. 60/96 Establishing the Financial Affairs and Energy Resources Council,
and in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
