We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman,

After perusal of Royal Decree No. 101/96 promulgating the Basic Statute of the State.

Convention on International Civil Aviation signed in Chicago in 1944.

Montreal Protocol amending Article 50(a) of the aforementioned Convention.

And the Montreal Protocol amending Article 56 of the aforementioned Convention.

And in pursuance of public interest,
