Royal Decree 34/2020 Ratifying the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters

We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
And the agreement on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters, which was signed by the Sultanate on 26 November 2019,
And after presentation before the Shura Council,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows
