Based on the Telecommunications Regulatory Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 30 / 2002,
the Executive Regulation of the Telecommunications Regulatory Law issued by Decision No. 144 / 2008,
Decision No. 70 / 2014 regarding the issuance of fees of telecommunications service licenses,
And upon the approval of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in its meeting No. 1 / 2019, dated 19/2/2019,
And the approval of the Ministry of Finance,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
It is hereby decided
