Based on the Insurance Companies Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 12/79,
the Capital Market Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 80/98,
the Takaful Insurance Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 11/2016,
the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 18/2019,
the Regulation on the Investment of Insurance Company Assets issued by Decision No. G/11/2007,
the Regulation Organizing the Licensing Requirements of Insurance Company Agents issued by Decision No. G/28/2016,
the Regulation Organizing the Activities of Insurance Brokers issued by Decision No. G/19/2017,
And the approval of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Authority, and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,
and in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided
