Based on the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 4/74, the Law Regulating the Accounting and Auditing Profession promulgated by Royal Decree No. 77/86, the Capital Market Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 80/98, And the Regulation on the Controls for the Accreditation of Auditors issued by Decision No. 8/2018, And the approval of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Authority, And in pursuance of the public interest,
