Based on the Labor Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 35/2003,
Ministerial Decision No. 570/2012 regarding the system for the formation, work, and registration of labor unions, labor federations, and the General Federation for Workers of the sultanate of Oman
And Ministerial Decision No. 294/2006 regarding collective bargaining, peaceful strikes, and closure,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
It is hereby decided
