Based on Royal Decree No. 68/2012 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and Approving Its Organizational Structure, And the decision of the esteemed Council of Ministers issued in its Session No. 20/2015 convened on 28 Sha‘ban 1436 Corresponding to 16 June 2015 regarding the alfalfa crop and the controls for its export, And the coordination carried out with the competent entities, And in pursuance of public interest,
