After perusal of the Plant Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/2004,
the Agriculture System promulgated by Royal Decree No. 48/2006,
the Seeds, Propagation Materials, and Seedlings Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 42/2009,
the Executive Regulation of the Plant Quarantine Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 32/2006,
the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture System issued by Ministerial Decision No. 41/2010,
Ministerial Decision No. 31/2009 declaring plant quarantine areas,
Ministerial Decision No. 84/2015 concerning the protection of date palm, coconut palm, ornamental palm, palm-like trees, and their offshoots,
and in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided
