Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of the Environment and Combating Pollution promulgated by Royal Decree No. 114/2001,

Royal Decree No. 90/2007 Establishing the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs,

Royal Decree No. 18/2008 Determining the Competencies of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs and Approving its Organizational Structure,

And the Regulation on Hazardous Waste Management issued by Ministerial Decision No. 18/93,

And the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

And in pursuance of the public interest,

It is hereby decided
