the Seeds, Propagation Materials, and Seedlings Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 42/2009,
Royal Decree No. 68/2012 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and Approving Its Organizational Structure,
the Executive Regulation of the Fertilizers and Soil Conditioners Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 128/2010,
