Based on the Telecommunications Regulatory Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 30/2003,
the Executive Regulation of the Telecommunications Regulatory Law issued by Decision No. 144/2008,
Decision No. 69/2012 regarding the Pre-market Regulation Rules (Dominance Regulation),
Decision No. 70/2013 regarding the Post-market Regulation Rules (Anti-competitive behaviors),
Decision No. 113/2008 on the Issuance of the Rules and controls Governing Promotional Offers for Telecommunications Services,
and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority at its meeting No. 1/2016 on 14/1/2016,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
It is hereby decided as follows:
