Based on the Telecommunications Regulation Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 30/2002,
Royal Decree No. 121/2008 regarding the sultanate of Oman ratification of the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities,
Executive Regulations of the Telecommunications Regulation Law issued by Decision No. 144/2008,
the approval of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority's Board of Directors under Decision No. 6/2014 dated 16/3/2014,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
