Ministerial Decision No. 44/2014 Amending Ministerial Decision No. 31/2009 Declaring Agriculture Quarantine Areas

Based on the Agriculture Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/2004,
And the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture Quarantine Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 32/2006,
And Ministerial Decision No. 31/2009 Declaring Agriculture Quarantine Areas,
And the recommendation of the Directorate General of Agricultural Development to determine an agriculture quarantine area,
And the recommendation of the Directorate General of Agricultural Development to lift the declaration of agriculture quarantine areas from the Wilayats of Samail and Al-Khaboura,
And in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided
