Based on Royal Decree No. 39/76 establishing the Directorate General of Specifications and Standards,
Royal Decree No. 1/78 on the competences of the Directorate General of Specifications and Standards at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry,
the Financial Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/98,
Royal Decree No. 102/2005 determining the competences of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and approving its organizational structure,
Ministerial Decision No. 87/2000 determining the fees for the services, analyses, and tests performed by the Directorate General of Specifications and Standards,
the Executive Regulation of the Financial Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 118/2008,
and the approval of the Ministry of Finance by its letter No. Finance–T (10659) M.D.A/2/1/2011 dated 16 Muharram 1433 corresponding to 12 December 2011,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
