Based on the Pesticides Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 64/2006,
The System for the Circulation and Use of Chemicals promulgated by Royal Decree No. 46/95,
The Agricultural Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/2004,
Ministerial Decision No. 25/81 Issuing the Regulation for the Registration of Pesticides and the Organization of Their Circulation,
Ministerial Decision No. 194/2007 Determining the Types of Prohibited Pesticides and the Types of Restricted Pesticides,
And the approval of the Ministry of Finance by its letter No. Finance–T (4173)/M.D.A/5/3/2010 dated 26 Rabiʿ al-Thani 1431 AH, corresponding to 11 April 2010,
And in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided
