Based on the Telecommunications Regulation Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 30/2002,
the Executive Regulation of the Telecommunications Regulation Law issued by Decision No. 144/2008,
the approval of the council of the ministries its session No. 18/2009 held on 8th of Jumada al-Akhira 1430, corresponding to June 2, 2009,
the approval of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority on April 13, 2010,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
It is hereby decided
