Decision No. 46/2003 regarding the Fees for the Registration and Use of Radio Frequencies and Fees for Certain Radio Licenses,

Decision No. 198/2007 regarding the Regulation of the Exemption of Wireless Access Systems and Local Area Networks (WAS/RLANs) from Radio Licenses,

Decision No. 55/2008 regarding the Regulation of Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM 1800 MHz) Services on Aircraft,

Decision No. 90/2008 regarding the Regulation of Radio Station and Device Licenses,

And the approval of the Authority dated 17/09/2008,

And in pursuance of the public interest,
