Based on Royal Decree No. 12/2006 regarding the System of Real Estate Ownership in Integrated Tourism Complexes,
Royal Decree No. 2/98 on the real estate Register System,
Royal Decree No. 47/98 Promulgating the Financial Law,
Royal Decree No. 16/95 Promulgating the Foreigners’ Residence Law,
the Executive Regulation of the Foreigners’ Residence Law issued by Decision of the Inspector General of Police and Customs No. 63/96,
and the letter of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers No. (sgcm/102/183) dated 22 Muharram 1428 Corresponding to 10 February 2007,
and in pursuance of public interest,
