Ministerial Decision No. 37/2002 Concerning the Protection of Palm Trees

After perusal of the Agricultural Wealth Protection and Quarantine System promulgated by Royal Decree No. 31/98 and its amendments,
the Plant Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 91/2000,
Ministerial Decision No. 26/81 concerning the protection of palm trees from pests,
and Ministerial Decision No. 23/93 prohibiting the entry of date palm, coconut palm, and ornamental palm offshoots,
and in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided
