Based on the Wireless Telegraphy Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 59/85, and Ministerial Decision No. 3/85 regarding the amendment of frequency licensing fees for wireless stations and devices, and with the approval of His Excellency the Minister of National Economy, Deputy Chairman of the Financial and Energy Resources Council, on 7 August 1996, and in pursuance of the public interest,
