Royal Decree No. 50/77 ratifying the Unified Motor Insurance Card Agreement for the Movement of Motor Vehicles Across Arab Countries;

Royal Decree No. 28/93 promulgating the Traffic Law;

Royal Decree No. 34/94 promulgating the Motor Vehicles Insurance Law;

Ministerial Decision No. 99/95 issuing the Motor Vehicles Insurance Rules;

and in pursuance of the public interest,
