Royal Decree No. 32/84 on the System for the Hearing of Lawsuits and Arbitration Requests before the Commercial Disputes Settlement Authority and its amendments,
Royal Decree No. 32/94 promulgationg the System for the Collection of Taxes, Fees, and Other Amounts Due to the Units of the State Administrative Apparatus,
Financial Circular No. 9/83 regarding the Control over Government Revenues and its amendments,
And the Government Treasury System issued by Financial Circular No. 6/87 and its amendments,
And in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided
