We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of Royal Decree No. 26/75 on the promulgation of the Administrative Apparatus law of the state and its amendments,
and the Agreement of the Arab Union for Telecommunications signed during the Extraordinary Conference of the Plenipotentiaries in Tunis-Hammamet from 23 November to 5 December 1981,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
We hereby decree as follows
