After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
And Royal Decree No. 119/94 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate to Certain International Agreements,
And the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from Their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity, adopted in Nagoya on 29 October 2010,
