We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic statute of the State,
Royal Decree No. 19 / 2008 determining the competencies of the Ministry of Transport and approving its organizational structure,
Royal Decree No. 63 / 2019 establishing the Ministry of Technology and Communications,
Royal Decree No. 64 / 2020 establishing the Cyber Defense Center and issuing its system,
And the Administrative apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 75 / 2020,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
We hereby decreed the following
