Royal Decree 105/2020 Establishing the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones and Determining Its Competences

We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Free Zones Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 56/2002,
Royal Decree No. 103/2005 Establishing the Free Zone in Al Mazyunah,
Royal Decree No. 62/2006 Establishing the Free Zone in Salalah,
Royal Decree No. 123/2010 Establishing the Free Zone in Sohar,
And Royal Decree No. 199/2011 Establishing the Special Economic Zone at Duqm and Promulgating Its System,
And the System of the Special Economic Zone at Duqm promulgated by Royal Decree No. 79/2013,
And the State Administrative Apparatus System promulgated by Royal Decree No. 75/2020,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
