Royal Decree No. 90/2007 Establishing the Ministry of Environment nd Climate ffairs,

Royal Decree No. 18/2008 Determining the Competencies of the Ministry of Environment nd Climate ffairs nd pproving Its Organizational Structure,

the dministrative pparatus system of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 75/2020,

and in pursuance of the public interest,
