Ministerial Decision No. 73/2000 regarding the conditions and procedures for licensing the practice of the pharmacy profession or working as a pharmacist assistant;
Ministerial Decision No. 74/2000 issuing the Regulation for Organizing Pharmaceutical Institutions;
Ministerial Decision No. 84/2000 regarding the conditions for importing and exporting medicines;
Ministerial Decision No. 86/2000 regarding the registration of pharmaceutical companies, their products, and the pricing of these products;
Ministerial Decision No. 2/2001 regarding the registration of herbal medicine companies and their products;
And Ministerial Decision No. 239/2018 regarding the determination of service fees provided by the Ministry of Health;
